Q1. – How do I submit Feedback regarding the NGPS Viewer?
A. – Questions, suggestions, or concerns about the viewer functions should be submitted using the NGPS Feedback link from the Aircraft Technical Publications webpage (Keyword search: NGPS), or directly from the Feedback link at top, right of the viewer. Please use the Feedback link to submit questions or suggestions regarding the NGPS system and use the PFCR function to submit change request regarding manual content.

Q2. – Why do graphics and documents open in a separate window and require selecting PDF from the menu?
A. – The probable cause is an Adobe Reader setting. Try the steps below to resolve.

  1. Open "Adobe Reader" application
  2. Select "Edit" then "Preferences" from the Adobe Reader menu
  3. Select "Internet" under Categories
  4. Check the "Display PDF in browser" setting under "Web Browser Options" (if not already checked)
  5. Submit a Help ticket with Tech Support if this option is not available or does not resolve the issue.
